Covid-19: 2 new imported cases recorded

GIS –  05 June 2020: In its latest communique on Covid-19, today, the Ministry of Health and Wellness highlighted that two new imported cases related to the virus have been recorded, bringing the total number of active cases in Mauritius to a total of three. Moreover, 378 passengers are still quarantined. 
The updates are:
 
·         The number of positive cases registered is 337
 
·         The number of PCR tests conducted is 30 347 as at date
 
·         A total of 99 421 Rapid Antigen Tests has been carried out
 
·         To date, the overall summation of tests effected stands at 129 768
 
·         A total of 324 patients have been successfully treated from the disease
 
·         The death toll remains at ten
